When will I receive my Order?

Standard delivery will be next working day when ordered before 1pm,after 1pm product would be received in 2 working days, unless a product is out of stock. We only deliver during the week and not on weekends.

Most of our items are dispatched within 24 hours if in stock however please allow up to 14 days for out of stock items.

A member of staff will advise you if we do not expect to meet the delivery date specified on our website.

What happens if I'm not home when the goods are delivered?

If you are not home when your goods are delivered, the courier will normally leave a card with instructions on how to reschedule the delivery or they will return the following day to attempt delivery again. Although please ensure a valid contact number is provided during the checkout process which could help during the delivery process.

What happens if an item that I order is unavailable?

Every effort is made to display only items that are in stock or which can be dispatched to you quickly and direct from the manufacturer. Occasionally we may be unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain items being unavailable, in which case we will advise you immediately.

If this does occur, you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative, to have the products sent as soon as they become available, or to cancel the order.

What happens if the goods are damaged or faulty upon delivery?

If when you receive your goods they are incorrect, faulty or damaged on delivery you have the option to receive a replacement or a full refund.
